Paper Presentation Guidelines

Delegates participating in Paper Presentation should have registered for the conference.

  • 1.  Presenter must be a registered delegate of the INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL DENTAL CONFERENCE 2019
  • 2.  The Presenter has to specify the type of presentation in the prescribed format.(for example: Research / Clinical / Innovative technique).
  • 3.  Structured complete abstract of not more than 200 words is mandatory. Abstract has to be in word document and sent to before 5th September 2019.
  • 4.  The Presenter should adhere to the time limit for presentation of discussion. All oral presentations will be for 8 minutes and followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
  • 5.  All Presentations must be submitted in advance at least 4 hours prior to the start of the respective session to the central server. The presentations will be sent directly to the session room’s computer.
  • 6.  Presenters will not be allowed to load PowerPoint slides or other files directly to the computer in the session room, either via flash drive, CD-ROM, or personal laptop.
  • 7.  Upload the abstract by logging in to using your username and password sent to you after registration.
  • 8.  Last date for submission of the Paper abstract is 5th September 2019.
  • 9.  The selected Paper Authors will be informed by 6th September 2019
  • 10.  The Final Paper in the required format of .ppt by 11th September 2019.
  • 11.  One best paper award will be given for each session and the overall best will be given only during the Inauguration & Fellowship Ceremony and has to be collected by the participant in person.

If the monitor on your computer is a different size or aspect ratio, you *may* experience some distortion when you view your presentation, as powerpoint always has to scale the presentation to fit the screen it is being displayed on.
